Designed with comfort and style in mind, this spacious room sleeps up to two guests in a luxurious king bed. An open closet provides ample clothing storage, and you'll find an iron and ironing board for your convenience.
The ensuite bathroom feels like a private spa, completely renovated with a stylish dual-head shower. Essentials such as soaps, shampoo, conditioner, a hair dryer, and luxe bath towels are thoughtfully provided, making it easy to relax and refresh in this serene space.
Note: The fireplace shown in the photos is not for guest use and has been disabled for safety purposes.

The fully-equipped kitchen is a chef’s dream, blending sleek modern design with practicality. It features brand-new appliances, including a gas stove, a combined Miele oven/microwave, and a dishwasher. Whether you’re brewing coffee with the Keurig, crafting the perfect pour-over with the Chemex and Fellow grinder, or preparing a meal with top-quality pots, pans, and spices, this kitchen ensures every culinary need is met.
Dine indoors at the large custom-built tiled island, a striking centerpiece that invites conversation and relaxation. For a change of scenery, step outside to the charming cafe table on the patio and enjoy your meal under the desert sky.

Your journey begins in the living room, a space that effortlessly combines style and comfort. From the custom-made bar area to the unique vintage coffee tables, every piece adds character. The room flows naturally into the outdoor patio through sliding glass doors, creating an airy, open atmosphere.
Relax on the large sofa, catch up on your favorite shows with the smart TV, or simply take in the desert-inspired design, complete with custom flagstone flooring. Please note that the furniture is fixed to preserve the delicate floor and enhance the space’s curated look.
★ PATIOS & OUTDOOR SPACES ★
Step outside to your private desert oasis. Your dedicated patio is an intimate space designed for relaxation, complete with a propane firepit, comfortable lounge seating, and sun loungers shaded by umbrellas. String lights and an outdoor swing add a magical touch, making this patio perfect for day or evening use.
The patio connects to the kitchen’s outdoor dining area, creating a seamless flow between spaces. Just steps away, you’ll find the hot tub and pool, ideal for cooling off under the sun or unwinding in the warm water. Although these amenities are shared with us, the owners, privacy walls and curtains maintain an exclusive feel. While you may occasionally see us, we’re committed to giving you a peaceful, uninterrupted experience.
★ PARKING ★
A single secure, dedicated parking space is reserved for you, complete with a Tesla charger available at no extra cost.
* Driveway dimensions: 9’W x 15’L
* Some larger vehicles may need to utilize street parking, which is plentiful and free.
The driveway is shared with the front unit, but we’re flexible to accommodate your needs. A lockable gate ensures security, and the code will be provided before your arrival.
★ PRIVATE ENTRANCE ★
Your stay begins with a private entrance accessed via a paved pathway that wraps around the property. This dedicated walkway, accessible through a locked driveway gate, leads to your back unit. The front door features a keyless entry, and the code will be provided before your check-in.
Note: A security camera monitors the driveway area for added safety.
★ HEATING AND COOLING ★
Stay comfortable year-round with central heating and air, controlled by a Smart Nest thermostat. A ceiling fan in the bedroom provides additional cooling options.
* Hot tub heating: Included at no extra charge.
* Pool heating: Available for $100/night in colder months; please request at least 24 hours before arrival.
★ CITY RULES & QUIET HOURS ★
Palm Springs enforces strict noise ordinances from 10 PM to 10 AM. Outdoor music is actually prohibited at all times in Palm Springs, and violations may result in fines issued directly to guests by the city.
* A copy of a government-issued ID and a signed rental ordinance are required before your stay.
* We’ll provide a digital link for easy document submission before your check-in.
★ PETS ★
We love hosting pets, and maintain a 1 pet MAXIMUM policy to ensure satisfaction and longevity. Pets must be added to the reservation and confirmed in advance of your arrival and any pets other than dogs may be permitted on a case by case basis (reach out with any questions)
Pets are NOT permitted in the POOL, HOTTUB, or any owner designated spaces. (In the summer months we can provide a doggie kiddie pool). Dogs must abide by the same county governed quiet hours and cannot be left at the house alone without prior approval and never in the car alone per government ordinance. Dogs are welcome to enjoy the rest of the indoor/outdoor space under the supervision of the owners to ensure no damage or disturbance of any surfaces or furniture. Owners must use proper leashes in outdoor spaces, and clean up to leave the spaces as you found them (we do stock bags and specific cleaning supplies to help!)
Your confirmed reservation is confirmation of your agreement of these rules and any violation of the above may result in immediate action including fines or eviction.

Guest access
Guests have exclusive access to the back unit, including a private backyard with a hot tub, firepit, and a beautifully lit concrete path leading to your entrance. You’ll also have free use of 1 marked parking space inside the gate and complimentary EV charging (Tesla Level 2 Wall Connector 220v). The pool is technically shared, but we won’t use it during your stay to ensure privacy.

Please note that this is the back unit of a duplex, with its own private entrance, hot tub, firepit, and backyard. The pool is technically shared, but we won’t use it during your stay for your privacy. Quiet hours begin at 10 PM due to local noise ordinances. Free EV charging is available during your stay. Let us know if you’d like to heat the pool ($100/day) or if you’re bringing a dog.
